Our Process
Working with Baby's Best Sleep
With Baby's Best Sleep, you'll work one-on-one with a registered sleep consultant who'll help your child learn to fall asleep independently – without needing to be held or fed to sleep. Our team is made up of registered social workers, psychotherapists, and occupational therapists, each held to a professional code of ethics and standard of care – so you're working with a credentialed professional. And many of our services are covered by insurance or benefits.
Our approach is rooted in emotionally supportive, evidence-based methods that let you stay connected to your child every step of the way – you can still comfort, hold, and love your baby throughout the process, even as they learn to fall asleep on their own.
Every child responds differently, so we won't promise the same timeline for every family – but many of our clients see real, lasting progress within just a few days.

step 1
Find your consultant.
Use our Matching Tool or explore the Our Consultants page to identify which Certified Sleep Consultant you'd like to work with. Our team supports families through a wide range of sleep challenges, including newborn sleep, frequent night wakings, difficult bedtimes, naps, and sleep regressions.

step 2
Free consultation.
Book a discovery call with your Certified Sleep Consultant of choice to talk about your family's sleep challenges and get the process started.

step 3
Be rested.
Move through our evidence-based recommendations, tailored to you and your child, and build healthy, sustainable sleep habits for your family.
Infant & Child Sleep Support
When it comes to sleep training, we offer credentialed expertise and genuine, hands-on support to help your family get to restful nights. Our sleep support package is tailored to your child's unique needs, giving you the tools, guidance, and in-the-moment help you need to see real, lasting change.
Our approach is responsive rather than one-size-fits-all – grounded in evidence-based practices that support your child emotionally while helping them build healthy, independent sleep skills.
Here's what our package includes:
- Initial Consultation: Start with a one-hour consult, during which we will discuss your tailored sleep plan – a resource created exclusively for you with the latest evidence-based strategies to set your child up for sleep success.
- Four 30-Minute Follow-Up Calls: These regular check-ins keep you on track, address any challenges, and allow us to make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Daily Text Support: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, we’re available for quick advice and answers to your questions.
- Nighttime Text Support: This game-changing feature provides up to three hours of dedicated text support during on night one, ensuring you’re never alone as you navigate the sleep training process.
- Unlimited Support Until Sleep Success: Unlike other programs, we’re with you until your child is sleeping soundly, no matter how long it takes.
- Benefits Coverage: For those with coverage for social work or occupational therapy, our RSWs and OTs are likely to be covered (most times, for the entire cost of the package). No coverage? No problem. Our consultants bill at a rate that fits your budget.
Our dedicated team will work closely with you to create a personalized plan and provide compassionate support every step of the way.
With our help, your journey to restful nights is fully supported – so you can feel confident and empowered as you guide your child toward healthier sleep habits.
